Minipleated Filter Media Pack is ready material to make Medium filter; HEPA Filter & ULPA Filter. Designed to combine maximum efficiency with low pressure drop. Ribbons of media spaced every 1" maintain separation of pleats within the pack, while allowing a more compact filter depth than corrugated separators.
The separation and precisionstraightness of the pleats allow air to move throughout the entire depth of filter utilizing the full cleaning potential of the media.

Filter pack efficiency range from F6 to U15.

Filter pack depth available within 25mm to 90mm.

1. Media Performance: Mini pleat and Deep pleat
3. These serials media can be widely used in Deep Pleat and Mini Pleat HEPA Filters.
4. Media of PP(polypropylene) and fiber glass
5. Sizes of particle collected is range from 0.3um to 0.5um

Description:

Adopting automatic production line of non-separator filter, we manufacture any specifications media of Non-separator Sub-HPEA and HEPA Air Filters. There are fiberglass media, PP media, PET media and PE media. The height of PP media ranges from 8mm to 90mm, every other 1mm, the thickness of fiberglass could be made into 25(40)35(50)52(70)65(80)75(8096)and 85(96)mm. The figures in brackets show the finished product filters thickness. Please note that the width of these kinds of media is that of overall dimensions without the frames, while the length of theirs is that of overall dimensions.
