Description:
This is meltblown synthetic/nonwoven media for making pocket air filters.
The media is composed of 4 layers designed to meet the various ASHRAE standards.
The media consists of one layer of spunbound on each side for strength and stability, one coarse fiber melt-blown layer for filtration of larger particles and one fine melt-blown layer for filtration of smaller particles
The gradient density of the melt-blown design allows for maximum filtration performance with maximum filter life.
Available in single pockets or in roll. Roll dimension: Standard width 680mm or 750mm x 100m long.
Available in efficiency range from F5 ~F9
Features:
Ultrasonic welded media with no stitch holes.
Pockets separation optimizes performance.
Available in all depths-10" to 36" and rolls of 150meters length.
Standard width available is 675mm. Widths upto 1 meter are possible.
Available in all MERV9 to MERV15 ratings(F5 to F9).
Tested as per EN779 and ASHRAE 52.2 standards.
